II. EFFECTS
A. INCIDENTS MONITORED (TAB A)
As of 06 December 2012, twelve (12) incidents were monitored; five (5) of which were maritime incidents, three (3) were flooding incidents, one (1) trash slide, one (1) whirlwind incident, one (1) stranded shipping and one (1) tornado incident.
B. AFFECTED POPULATION (TAB B)
As of 7:00 PM, 06 December 2012, the total number of population affected in 1,750 Barangays / 178 municipalities / 25 cities in 26 provinces of Regions IV-B,VI,VII,VIII,X,XI and CARAGA increases to 1,012,726 families / 5,042,439 persons.
The total number of population currency served inside and outside the evacuation centers also increases 58,571 families / 276,289 persons.
