II. EFFECTS:
A. INCIDENTS MONITORED (TAB A)
As of 07 December 2012, fifteen (15) incidents were monitored; seven (7) of which were maritime incidents, four (4) were flooding incidents, one (1) trash slide, one (1) whirlwind incident, one (1) stranded shipping and one (1) tornado incident.
B. AFFECTED POPULATION (TAB B)
As of 07 December 2012, the total number of population affected in 2,178 Baran gays / 233 municipalities / 31 cities in 27 provinces of Regions IV-B, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII and CARAGA increases to 1,077, 541 families / 5,317, 275 persons.
The total number of population currently served inside and outside the evacuation centers are 82,104 families / 393,026 persons.

C. CASUAL TIES (TAB C)
As of 07 December 2012, 456 were reported dead and 445 were injured while 533 are still missing.
D. STATUS OF STRANDEES (TAB D)
· As of 07 December 2012, a total of 40 passengers, 9 vessels and 5 motor bancas were stranded in ports all over the Philippines.
