Ethiopia: Health centers under construction

Mettu December 12/2012 The construction of two health centers is underway in Becho and Darimu woredas, Illu Aba Bora Zone of Oromia State at a cost of four million Birr, the zonal health department said. Deputy department head Mitiku Dinkineh told ENA that the health centers, to be completed in the coming Ethiopian fiscal year, would enable the zone to attain 100 percent health coverage. He said the number of health centers has reached 61 which stood at five 15 years ago.
