II. EFFECTS
A. AFFECTED POPULATION (TAB A)
• As of 2:00PM, 21 February 2013, a total of 31,749 families/146,041 persons were affected in 113 barangays of Regions VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII and ARMM.
• Total number of evacuation centers: Eighteen (18) in Regions VIII, IX, X,
XI, XII, XIII and ARMM.
Inside 18 ECs: 2,702 affected families/12,689 persons.
B. INCIDENTS MONITORED (TAB B)
• A total of fourteen (14) incidents were monitored due to TD Crising: landslide - 3, flashflood/flooding - 4, drowning – 4 and overflowing of creeks/damaged dikes - 3
