GAZA, April 29 (KUNA) -- The first medical aid supplies presented by Saudi Arabia arrived in Gaza Strip on Monday, destined for the enclave's needy medical centers and hospitals.

The aid patch which consists of 10 tons of medicine and medical equipment arrived At Egyptian Al-Areesh Airport and entered through the Rafah crossing.

The aid is part of a mission dispatched upon instructions of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to help aid Gaza hospitals, cost Saudi Riyal 10 million.

The mission is enough for 13 consecutive days with an average of 10 tons of supplies per day, using the same route.

The medical supplies are intended to heart, bone, and eyes patients in hospitals.
